Workshops zur Digitalen Gesundheit
Iliana Grosse-Buening is a coach, speaker, a social entrepreneur, and the the founder of Quiet Social Club. After successful degrees from Oxford University and IE Business School, she took her career to various cultural contexts and forms of enterprises in China, Kenya, Australia, England, Spain, and Germany in management and operations positions.
After several years as Director of the Right for Education Foundation in Kenya and five years in the IT sector, she reached a turning point: she said goodbye to 300 email notifications a day and constant availability and embarked on an 11-day silent retreat. She quickly realized how our interconnected daily life affects health, productivity, relationships, mental clarity, and creativity.
Since 2018 in China, and since 2020 in Europe, Iliana has been actively pursuing the mission to enable everyone to live and work more consciously, happily, and productively in the digital age. With its educational content, resources, and products, Quiet Social Club reaches several thousand people monthly, Iliana’s podcast and meditations receive up to 24,000 downloads per episode. Iliana also supports the Responsible Technology Hub of the Technical University of Munich and the non-profit organizations Responsible Information Overload Research Group, Unplug Collaborative, and Training for Good as a advisor and consultant.
