On the subject of communication skills in communicating with customers:<\/p>\n

I do have a passion for Alfa Romeo and have driven various Alfas over a period of more than 18 years. Therefore, I wish this brand only the best.<\/p>\n

But what fluttered today in the mailbox makes me worried! Take a look at this promotional letter from FCA (Fiat Chrysler Automobiles).<\/p>\n

  1. No personal salutation. They know who I am.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    1. No relevance. They know my car.<\/li>\n
    2. No concrete offer. They must have something on offer.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      1. No sender. No signature. Don’t they have anyone who can write.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        I won’t even mention the formatting errors.<\/p>\n

        No, Alfa. That’s not going to work. These 70 cents postage they could have really saved.<\/p>\n
