Stefan Bannwart – Executive coach for authentic communication

Stefan Bannwart is an internationally experienced communications consultant, executive coach and media trainer with a clear goal: to enable leaders to communicate authentically, effectively and with integrity – even (and especially) under pressure.

With many years of experience in corporate communications, CEO consulting and international executive development, Stefan Bannwart now works as an independent sparring partner at the interface of strategy, personality and impact. He supports managers, board members and supervisory board members in challenging communication situations – be it media appearances, critical presentations, town halls, analyst meetings or in an internal leadership context.

In his presentation and media training courses, Stefan Bannwart combines analytical depth with operational clarity. He helps managers to remain true to themselves – and still manage their impact in a targeted manner. Those who work with him experience a fine balance of reflection, feedback and concrete tools. His method is clear, empathetic and challenging at the same time – always in the service of credible, clear communication.

Before Stefan Bannwart became a trainer and coach, he worked for many years in senior communications positions at international companies and a global communications agency. He knows the reality of C-suite decisions and change processes – and knows what really matters in strategic communication.

Stefan Bannwart holds a Master’s degree in Economics from the University of Basel and an MBA in International Luxury Brand Management from the ESSEC Business School in Paris. He also studied art history and has been intensively involved with analytical psychology according to C.G. Jung for many years – knowledge that he sensitively incorporates into his work with personalities in positions of responsibility.

He is the author of the book “Communicating authentically”, which is considered an impulse for all those who are caught between roles, power and personality – and still want to remain human.
