Emotions are controllable

Emotions are the basis for our actions. If we want to move people to do something with a speech or a presentation, we have to appeal to their emotions. Therefore, it is important to understand emotions. The U.S. scientist explains a new view of what emotions are: namely, non-hardwired, built-in mechanisms present since birth. They are formed through experience and can be changed at any time.
