The digital revolution has given the enemies of liberal democracy and open society the means of disinformation and sabotage that the Chekists of the last century could only dream of. Their no less unscrupulous successors are using them to wage an asymmetrical war in secret, which can be used to change the real world without the need for tanks or fighter bombers.
