Andrej Grabowski is an experienced journalist, media coach and rhetoric trainer – with a background that enables him to prepare people for public appearances like no other. Whether on stage, in front of the camera or at the microphone: Grabowski knows how communication works today – because he has shaped it himself over decades.

His career began in traditional journalism. Andrej Grabowski wrote for major daily newspapers, hosted radio shows on Bayern 3 and NDR 2 and was deputy editor-in-chief at the news channel N24 (now WELT) for many years. Today, he brings this experience to his work as a trainer and sparring partner for decision-makers, media professionals and speakers.

As a coach, Andrej Grabowski accompanies both professionals behind the camera and people in front of it – in studios, podcasts, at congresses or at live events. He trains presenters and reporters for numerous broadcasters – practically, effectively and with a deep understanding of editorial reality. “It’s important to me to train people on both sides of the camera – then I always know what makes the other side tick,” he says.

At the same time, Andrej Grabowski has been in demand as a public speaking coach in business and politics for many years. He coaches executives, entrepreneurs and speakers for effective appearances – in talk shows, panels, crisis situations or general meetings. His aim is to develop presence, create clarity and win over audiences.
