Finally: Playmobil for Pros

Lego already provides its own figures, including a training concept for “professional” use. Now Playmobil is following suit.

Why I think these approaches are great?

For two reasons:

1. For one thing, it’s fun – for the participants and for me.
2. On the other hand, trainees say that by transferring topics to an “external” setup – i.e., the Lego or Playmobil figures – you develop solutions more quickly, constructively and sustainably.
