Appearance at works meetings

Works meetings are a special type of event. As a board member, managing director or entrepreneur, you are a “guest in your own house” and the works council has the first and last word. There are often headwinds and it is sometimes difficult to convince participants of your own position. Especially if you hardly get any support from the audience.
